Jean de Dieu Ndayisenga is a research scientist in atmospheric and climate science. His research interest focus on climate change and its impact on air pollution, weather variabilities and environment. He completed his masters in atmospheric and climate science at University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology.
Jonah Kazora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology and Hydrology from Arba Minch University in Ethiopia and completed a Master's degree in Meteorology at NUIST, China. From 2007 to 2013, Jonah worked as a forecaster at the Rwanda Air Force (RAF). Since 2014, he shifted to the Rwanda Meteorology Agency head office, continuing his role as a Forecasting Officer at Meteo-Rwanda, specializing in Weather/Climate Services and Applications located at the Ministry of Environment (MoE). Throughout his career, Jonah has engaged in various training sessions and learned from seasoned professionals in meteorology, climatology, and hydrology. He has actively pursued courses related to meteorology since 2008. Additionally, he has participated in diverse online and offline technical courses offered by reputable international organizations such as the United Nations, WMO, GMES, IHE Delft, and others.
