Dr. Daniel Darko is engaged with the Institute for Environment and Sanitation Studies of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences (CBAS), University of Ghana. He holds a PhD in Soil Science specializing in “Soil Physics and Conservation”. He has supervised and co-supervised several PhD and MPhil students and has several peer-reviewed publications and technical reports to his credit. He is a member of several local and international scientific and professional bodies, including ‘the Soil Science Society of Ghana,’ ‘The Ghana Science Association,’ ‘International Union of Soil Scientists’ and ‘American Chemical Society’.
Emmanuel Yeboah is a PhD candidate specializing in 3S Integration and Meteorological Applications at the School of Remote Sensing & Geomatics Engineering, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, China. He holds a Master of Science degree in GeoInformation Science from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has served as a laboratory and research assistant in the remote sensing and GIS lab of the Department of Geography and Resource Development at the University of Ghana. Additionally, he has worked as an EVM & Commercial Reporting Analyst for Vodafone Ghana. These positions allowed him to hone his GIS and remote sensing skills, utilizing tools such as ArcGIS, ENVI, Google Earth, and global positioning systems (GPS).
