Privacy & Data Policy
At GRIT, we recognize that your research data is your intellectual property. Our privacy protocols are designed to protect the integrity of your work.
Information Collection
We collect only the necessary information required to provide our services, including name, institutional affiliation, and contact details. We do not store credit card information on our servers; all payments are handled by secure, PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe/PayPal).
Manuscript Security
Documents shared for editing or analysis are handled only by the assigned PhD mentor. Once a project is finalized and delivered, files are archived in a secure, encrypted offline environment.
Terms of Service
1. AI-Free Guarantee
GRIT strictly prohibits the use of generative AI for manuscript rewriting or data interpretation in its paid services. Every project is handled manually by human experts to ensure authentic academic authorship.
2. Service Scope & Revisions
We provide expert guidance and editorial support. However, GRIT does not guarantee journal acceptance. Final decisions are made by journal editorial boards. We offer free revisions for up to 14 days post-delivery if the work does not meet the initially agreed-upon scope.
3. Academic Integrity
We do not provide "Ghostwriting" services. We support researchers in refining their own work. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their raw data and the ethical conduct of their research.
Refund & Cancellation
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our PhD mentors who allocate time for your project:
- Full Refund: Available if requested before any work has commenced.
- Partial Refund: If work is in progress, the refund will be pro-rated based on the percentage of completion.
- Trainings: Cancellation must be requested 48 hours before the session for a full refund. No refunds are provided for "no-shows."
