Global Presence & Free Support
Yes. GRIT is a global entity. We currently serve researchers and students across 54+ countries. Since our services and trainings are delivered online, you can access our expertise from anywhere in the world.
We provide several high-value resources at no cost:
- Monthly Webinars: Open sessions on AI, academic tools, and career growth.
- STEAM Technical Seminars: Quarterly sessions for technical research discussions.
- 1-to-1 Appointments: A free 30-minute discovery call to discuss your research bottlenecks.
- GRIT Conference: Free registration for presenting your research papers.
- Aspire Institute Resources: Free online courses and academic toolkits.
We operate on a "People-First" model. While the trainings have a fee to cover our facilitators' time, we offer Equity Pricing (discounts) for students from low-income regions or the Global South. Please contact us with your student ID to inquire about current scholarship availability.
Certificates & Training Logistics
GRIT is an independent global research and training center. While we are not a government-accredited university, our certificates are recognized by academic institutions and employers globally as valid proof of specialized technical training.
For free sessions, we do not send certificates via email. Instead, a download link is shared during the live session. You must be present to access the link and download your certificate immediately.
Yes. All registered participants of our paid intensive workshops receive access to the session recordings and digital materials for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Editorial & Thesis Services
We use premium tools like Turnitin to verify originality. Every document is edited manually by a PhD expert. We do not use AI humanizer or paraphrasers; we focus on "Human-Led Rewriting" to maintain the integrity of your academic voice.
While we cannot control a journal's editorial decision, if your paper is rejected due to "English Language Quality" or "Formatting Issues" after we have edited it, we will re-edit it for free. We also support you in addressing reviewer comments for any paper we have helped prepare.
Yes. While our standard turnaround is 7–10 days, we offer Express Delivery (48–72 hours) for proofreading and minor editing projects at an additional fee.
JOSEM, JoMRA & GRIT Conference
Our journals operate on different models depending on the issue. Some are Diamond Open Access (Free), while others may have minimal Article Processing Charges (APC) to cover indexing costs. Please check the specific "Author Guidelines" on the JOSEM/JoMRA page for current details.
Absolutely. While we are home to JOSEM and JoMRA, our primary goal is your success. We can help you identify, format for, and submit to any Scopus, Web of Science, or Q1-ranked journal of your choice.
Payments & Refunds
Yes. We use secure international gateways (PayPal, Stripe) and direct Bank Transfers. For regional clients in Nepal, we support verified local merchants. Your transaction details are never stored on our servers.
For Paid Services, if the work has not yet started, we offer a full refund. If the work is in progress, we offer partial refunds based on the percentage of completion. For Trainings, refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the first session begins.
